All purchases are considered final once an order has been processed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except where required by applicable law.

Order Cancellation Window

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests received within this window will be reviewed, and if the order has not entered processing or production, a full refund will be issued.

After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, as processing begins promptly to ensure timely fulfillment.
